By using AI Life Solutions products and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by Swiss law.
2. Products and Services
We provide AI devices, software, installation services, and support. All products come with manufacturer warranties and are subject to availability.
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT
- Payment is required before delivery
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
4. Delivery and Installation
- Standard delivery within Switzerland: 2-5 business days
- Installation services available for additional fee
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery
5. Returns and Refunds
- 30-day return policy for unused products
- Products must be in original packaging
- Return shipping costs may apply
- Refunds processed within 14 days
6. Warranty
- 2-year manufacturer warranty on all devices
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects
- Does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
- Software updates provided free of charge
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
