How do I set up my AI Smart Lamp?

1. Download the AI Life app from your app store
2. Plug in your Smart Lamp and wait for the blue light
3. Open the app and tap "Add Device"
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to WiFi
5. Your lamp is ready to use!

My device won't connect to WiFi. What should I do?

• Ensure your WiFi password is correct
• Check that your router supports 2.4GHz networks
• Move the device closer to your router during setup
• Restart your router and try again
• Contact support if the issue persists

Can I use multiple devices in the same home?

Yes! Our system supports unlimited devices in a single home. Each device can be controlled individually or as part of automation groups.

Troubleshooting +

My device is not responding to voice commands

• Check that the device microphone is not muted
• Ensure you're using the correct wake word
• Verify the device is connected to the internet
• Try speaking more clearly and closer to the device
• Restart the device by unplugging for 10 seconds

The app shows my device as offline

• Check your internet connection
• Verify the device is powered on
• Restart your WiFi router
• Force close and reopen the app
• If still offline, try re-adding the device

Automation rules are not working

• Verify all devices in the rule are online
• Check that the trigger conditions are met
• Ensure the rule is enabled in the app
• Review the rule logic for conflicts
• Try deleting and recreating the rule

Account & App Issues +

I forgot my account password

1. Open the AI Life app
2. Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Follow the link to create a new password

How do I update the app?

• iOS: Go to App Store > Updates > Update AI Life
• Android: Go to Play Store > My Apps > Update AI Life
• Enable automatic updates for the best experience

Can I share device access with family members?

Yes! Go to Settings > Family Sharing in the app. You can invite family members via email and set their permission levels.

How is my data protected?

We use end-to-end encryption for all data transmission. Personal data is processed locally on your devices whenever possible, and we never sell your information to third parties.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, you have full control over your data. Go to Settings > Privacy > Data Management to view, export, or delete your data at any time.

Are voice recordings stored?

Voice commands are processed locally when possible. If cloud processing is needed, recordings are encrypted and automatically deleted after 30 days unless you opt to keep them for service improvement.
